Who I am

Hi! My name is Daniel Fitzpatrick and I have always taken an interest in fitness, nutrition, for great health and longevity. I grew up playing sports and always stayed active. Lifting weights, exercise and helping others has always been a passion of mine. I helped run a hospital nutrition department while starting my career as a Personal Trainer. After a difficult time in my life where I struggled mentally, it took a toll on me physically and I gained over 75 pounds.  At times, I wanted to give up but then I remembered how great it felt to be mentally and physically fit. After years of working on my mental health, it has made me become a better trainer than even I could have imagined. It was a blessing in disguise. It has made me relate to the struggles of life regarding my current and future clients. I now have around 15 plus years of experience helping over a thousand clients reach their goals of weight loss and muscle gain! I love watching people grow and change mentally and physically to become the best version of themselves. I hope you're ready to start your journey to become the best version of yourself and allow me to be a part of it! Like I always say, set that goal; create that plan; and COMMIT, TRAIN, CONQUER!
